So many of my clients say they’re nervous, shy and HATE having their photo taken. This really does make me sad. I never want your experience to be one of fear and dread. My main aim during our branding photography session is to make YOU feel comfortable.

Yes, being in front of the camera can be an overwhelming experience but I really do hope that by the time we’re actually taking the photos we’ve had plenty of time to get to know each other, so we’re like old friends having a laugh!

I LOVE to have fun, so there’ll be no stiff poses from me. I can gently guide you if you need me to, but I really like to take a personal and relaxed approach.

If something’s not working or just doesn’t feel right – I’ll never force it, we just move on and try something else! At the end of the day I just want to help you, BE YOU!

1. Enquiry. You’ve taken the first step!

You’re thinking of putting yourself front and centre in your business and I’m SO proud of you.

I know it can be overwhelming and you’re probably extremely nervous. But I want you to know, that from here on in – we’re in this together! Just think of me as your very own business cheerleader.

The best way to do this is to fill out the contact form here.

We can discuss your ideas or concerns over email, or jump on a call – it’s up to you! I want you to be as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process.

2. Booking. Let's work together!

We go about confirming session details such as date and location.

We work together through this to make sure the location is perfect. It might be your own home, your office, local park or beach. But don’t worry, if you are stuck for ideas I have many location options that we can explore!

Location scouting is all part of the fun!

3. Pre Shoot. Getting to know you!

I will send you an in-depth questionnaire to really understand you, your business and what you’re hoping to walk away with at the end of the session.

I love to find out exactly what it is you love about your business and why. Who your dream clients are, and how you can help them. All of this information then helps us plan and direct the session making sure that we’re speaking to the right people!

I will also send you some handy guides to get you started.

4. Pre Shoot. Let the planning begin!

We create mood boards and source props and outfits to suit your style and story in preparation for shoot day.

We create shot lists, and work through your business story to make sure nothing has been missed.

You’ll have access to me in the lead up to shoot day, for any questions you might have along the way. As I said, I’m now your biz cheerleader!

5. Shoot Day. You might be a little nervous, and that’s ok...

But, we’ve already done a lot of the hard work up to this point anyway!

We’ve got our shot list, our props and outfits – so from here it’s just laughs, good times and you just being yourself.

No awkward poses here!

I’m here to put you at ease in front of the camera and I guarantee by the end of the session you’ll forget why were even there!

6. Post Shoot. Now you can sit back and relax!

Here’s where I get to work, creating your gorgeous and on brand images.

I’ll back up your images making sure they’re nice and safe, before getting to work creating a gallery of images (excluding the ones with your eyes half closed because you were laughing so much!) for you to select from.

7. Image Selection. It's time to see the magic we've created.

2-3 business days after our session I will deliver you a password protected gallery of all the soft proof images from our shoot for you to select your favourites.

This is a simple online process and can be done with the click of a button!

8. Image Delivery. your brand new images are here!

After your selections have been made, I will go about editing all of your favourites to ensure they look as amazing as possible. This includes exposure, colour correction and basic retouching. I really want my clients to be themselves throughout this whole process, so this means no extreme editing or photoshopping – you’re beautiful just as you are!

1 week after you’ve selected your favourites they will be delivered via a private online gallery for you to download with full commercial release in both high resolution and web resolution (perfect to wow your social media followers!)

So now you can sit back and enjoy a HUGE bank of images just ready to be shared with the world!
